3-Michelin-stars French chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents his signature world-renowned cuisine to Roppongi Hills with JG Tokyo. His refined artistry, a delicate balance of contrasted emotions, inspired the concept of JG tokyo. The space was designed by Gwenael Nicolas, CURIOSITY. Situated on one of the most prominent and cosmopolitan streets in Tokyo, Keyakizaka-dori, seats 30 guests, with 14 counter seats.

The unique composition of the place, thin and tall create the ideal situation for this intimate and jewellery like venue. The counter seats on the ground floor is for one seating each night, in front of an ultra-modern exhibition style open kitchen. A la carte dining is available for guests to enjoy in the upstairs lounge.

A long and sinuous stone counter expose directly the customer to the open kitchen. Framed with a large yellow stone creating a landscape like backdrop.

The warm feeling is created by the delicate pallette of materials, a "camailleux" of sand stones, washed and tanned wood, textured leathers, the unique lighting emphasis the particular contour of the open kitchen creating a dramatic yet intimate atmosphere.

The stairs to access the upper floor wrapps around a light fabric sculpture created by artist Reiko Sudo of NUNO.

The graphic including JG logo was also created by Gwenael Nicolas.
