Three, one-off Maurice-Lacroix Pontos Decentrique GMT timepieces designed by three of the world's most prolific designers, are now up for auction on both the Wallpaper* and Maurice Lacroix websites.
The designers in question -sourced by Maurice Lacroix in cooperation with Wallpaper*- are French designer Gwenael Nicolas, multi-platform creative Arik Levy and fashion designer Neil Barrett.Unveiled at Baselworld watch fair in March, the three designs were received with near rapturous response.
All proceeds from the auction -which closes on 19 June- are to be donated to a charity of each designer's choice. Nicolas will be donating to human aid organisation, Medicins Sans Frontieres Please visit the auction sites.

"Time makes each place in the world different yet using the same language in the way time can unite the world for its difference - I want to express this unity by symbolizing 5 continents with 5 lively circles."
The five lively circles symbolize the five continents and extend with their delicate but clear-cut outlines across the matt black dial. The polished and brushed surfaces of the circles lend depth and refinement to the pattern. The hour markers are printed in glossy black on black. And black is the color of the day-and-night display disk, punctuated only by sparkling points of silver that symbolize the cosmos. This unique designer's creation reflects pure grace and harmony.
